VERIZON WIRELESS
- UCI corporate accounts receive free activation. Personal accounts pay an activation fee.
- UCI departments and employees receive a discount off the monthly service fees shown, plus discounted accessories.

BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

- To establish new UCI-PAID service, a UCI PALCard, a VISA purchasing card is required.
- Equipment will be shipped to the UCI address you provide when you order. Invoices will be sent to the address provided at time of order.
- For rate plan changes, equipment upgrade orders and disconnect orders, contact Verizon Wireless Government Account Manager, Glenn Scharaga, (949) 241-2269, glenn.scharaga@verizonwireless.com.
