BUSINESS ACCOUNTS
- To establish new UCI-PAID service, a UCI PALCard, a VISA purchasing card is required.

- Equipment will be shipped to the UCI address you provide when you order.
- For rate plan changes, equipment upgrade orders and disconnect orders, please contact Monica Cantrell at 714 850-6633 or email monica.cantrell@t-mobile.com.
PERSONAL ACCOUNTS
- To establish a PERSONAL account with the UCI employee discount, please call 1-866-464-8662, select option #3, and identify yourself as a UCIrvine employee and provide Promotional Code 4281TMOFAV for the latest quarterly discounts. Offer is not valid at T-Mobile retail stores.
- Personal discounts will vary based on current promotions. Existing employee accounts with T-Mobile can receive the same 14.3% discount off of monthly service, free actvation and free shipping. - Rate plan changes, equipment upgrade orders and disconnect orders must be submitted on a NACS Service Request Form.
- If you are experiencing cell phone equipment issues, contact NACS Customer Service at nacs-tcs@uci.edu or telephone 949-824-5123. Valerie will advise you of the process based on your insurance coverage (if coverage exists), warranty status or equipment upgrade eligibility.
