ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS & QUESTIONS
BUSINESS ACCOUNTS
- To establish new UCI-PAID service, a UCI PALCard, a VISA purchasing card is required.
- Please contact Wes Smith at 858 405-1568 or email wesley.smith@t-mobile.com.
- Equipment will be shipped to the UCI address you provide when you order. Invoices will be sent to the address provided at time of order.
- For rate plan changes, equipment upgrade orders and disconnect orders, please contact Wes Smith at 858 405-1568 or email wesley.smith@t-mobile.com.
PERSONAL ACCOUNTS
- To establish a PERSONAL account with the UCI employee discount, please call 1-866-464-8662, select option #3, and identify yourself as a UCIrvine employee and provide Promotional Code 4281TMOFAV for the latest quarterly discounts. Offer is not valid at T-Mobile retail stores.
- Personal discounts will vary based on current promotions. Existing employee accounts with T-Mobile can receive the same discount off of monthly service, free actvation and free shipping.
