AT&T Wireless

Summary: AT&T (formerly Cingular) is one of the cellular services available at UCI.  There are two AT&T cell sites on the UCI campus.  NACS has provided this information for the convenience of UCI employees but it is not intended to be an endorsement of AT&T Wireless service.

The information in this web page is for UCI faculty and staff only. Please visit a local AT&T Wireless store if you are not a UCI employee.

AT&T WIRELESS 

• UCI departments, faculty and staff receive a discount on monthly rate plans, discounted equipment and accessory prices.
  (Contact AT&T team member for pricing).  
• AT&T waives early termination fees for UCI tax-ID accounts (paid by the University department) only.
• 30 day full refund guarantee.  

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS 

While UCI rates are different than what is listed at AT&T.com, please browse rate plans and equipment options.  UCI pricing is available from the AT&T sales specialist listed below.

Business Accounts

• Contact AT&T Wireless National Business Services at 800-999-5445 to place orders and make billing inquiries. If you need to escalate, contact Account Executive, Kim Cruz at (213) 709-3629, email kimberly.cruz@att.com.
  • To establish new UCI-PAID service, a UCI PALCard, a VISA purchasing card is required.
  • Equipment will be shipped to the UCI address you provide when you order. Invoices will be sent to the address you provide at time of order.
• For rate plan changes, equipment upgrade orders and disconnect orders, contact AT&T Wireless National Business Services at 800-999-5445.
  

Personal Accounts

• To establish a PERSONAL account with the UCI employee discount, contact a local UCI AT&T retail store or register on the AT&T website for UC Irvine.
• Identify yourself as a UCI affiliate.  Personal discounts will vary based on current promotions.
• Existing employee accounts with AT&T can sign up for a discount by visiting the AT&T - UC Irvine web site.
