Summary: NACS provides fee-based UNIX and Windows web hosting and server co-location to UCI affiliated groups.

UNIX Web Hosting

Based on the LAMP stack, NACS UNIX web servers offer the combination of Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl, PHP, and Python. Subscribers are given 1 GB of storage space and shell access to the web server via SSH to setup content for their website. NACS provides server maintenance, system administration, filesystem backups, and web server configuration. Additional services will be offered either as a standard hourly rate or a flat monthly charge depending on the nature of the services being requested.

Hourly Rate - $65/hour
Additional Web Services - variable

Microsoft Windows Web Hosting

NACS also offers the standard Microsoft web suite of IIS and ASP on a Windows Server. Additional services will be offered either as a standard hourly rate or a flat monthly charge depending on the nature of the services being requested.

Web Development

NACS provides website design and assistance for UCI groups and individuals looking to create their own web presence or update an existing website. An initial consultation will be needed to define the scope of the work and to provide a estimate of the time required to complete the project.

Web Server Co-location

NACS can host web servers in the NACS machine room for clients requiring their own dedicated servers. The NACS machine room is climate controlled, locked, and features video surveillance and conditioned power backed by UPS. Detailed information is available at:
