Summary:
New authd package available

A newly released authd package that replaces the pidentd package is now
available.

Description:
The authd package provides the ident protocol (rfc 1413) services using
xinetd. It is fully IPv6 compatible.

Prior versions of pidentd did not support IPv6 well, was not being
maintained, and was overly complex.

All users of authd should upgrade to this newly released package.
