Partial Telephone Outage - Tuesday, Nov 16 @ 3:55 pm

There is a partial telephone outage across campus. Phone service should be restored shortly.
This issue was resolved on 11/18/2009 @ 08:25am: Phone Service has been restored.

Service was out in the following locations:

  • All of Social Science
  • Main library
  • Berkeley Place North
  • Student Services
  • Voice over IP (VoIP) access to off-campus numbers and non-VoIP campus extensions
Service of restored within 30 minutes.

IBM Mainframe Decommission - Friday 11/13 - Monday 11/16

The IBM will be down from 6pm Friday 11/13/09 through Monday 11/16 6am
This issue was resolved on 11/16/2009 @ 07:04am: The IBM Mainframe was brought up and tested on Sunday 11/15/09 around noon. Decommission was successful
