UCInetID Activation Problems - Friday, July 25

Our UCInetID Activation system is experiencing hardware problems. Currently, no changes to UCInetIDs are possible, including password changes, activation, etc. System administrators are working on a solution.
This issue was resolved on 07/25/2008 @ 03:57pm: At 3:15 PM this afternoon our primary directory server's disk system failed. We are in the process of switching to our backup directory server. As a result of this failure, any email delivery point changes or other directory updates that were processed after 03:00 AM this morning were lost. We hope to have all services back up and running normally this evening.
