This listing appears in either the dark blue-edged section (CAMPUS) or light blue-edged section (UCIMC) of the printed UCI CAMPUS & MEDICAL CENTER DIRECTORY and in the UCI ELECTRONIC PHONEBOOK. Please submit changes for your department as often as necessary! To make changes to a department listing: print this page, indicate changes clearly in RED, provide a contact name and telephone number, and mail to NACS, zotcode 5475. If you have questions, please email (nacs-tcs@uci.edu) . We reserve the right to edit and/or reformat listings as necessary.

Please provide a GENERAL INFORMATION number at the top of your listing.
Please be sure this number is one that is normally answered during business hours or that it has a detailed voicemail greeting and the option to be transferred to another extension. If the general information number's voicemail greeting for your department says, "Hi, this is Mary. I'm not here, please leave a message," callers won't know which department they've reached and will become frustrated.

Please alphabetize the listings that appear under your department heading.
This is helpful, especially with long department listings. Please list all major programs and services your department provides. In addition to listing a phone number for your department's Dean or Director, it's also helpful to list your department's Business Office, Human Resources Coordinator and Facilities Manager.

Please provide a general department email address and/or web address.
Individual email addresses cannot be used in this section for example, we use NACS@uci.edu .

Please provide a general department ZOTCODE.
This should only be done if your department has a GENERAL department zotcode (i.e. one mail delivery point for the entire department).
