Summary: Strategic Sourcing for Desktop Computers - UCI Purchasing and the Computing Support Coordinators devised a way to streamline business processes AND buy the most appropriate technology in desktop and laptop computers.

The Purchasing Department, along with input from CSCs, has selected KST Data to assist UCI in establishing the most cost effective and efficient procurement program for desktop and laptop computers, while maintaining high standards of quality and service. (Note: This program does not cover Macintoshes or servers.)

Set up for online ordering via PALCard

Online ordering is available after you establish an account via the UCI Purchasing department. Contact Diane Ngo - 824-6274 or Heidi Worcester - 824-7319. Once your KST account is established via Purchasing, your PALCard limit is increased to $10,000 for purchases made from KST. You may contact KST's Pete Canty if you need immediate assistance.
