Summary: The known issues for using WebAuth will be listed here.
In Microsoft's Internet Explorer 4.0 and above, if you launch a new instance of IE instead of using the File->New Window option, the webauth cookie will not transfer to the new browser. This is a function of IE and cannot be fixed through webauth.
