Configuring Eudora 6.2
for Macintosh Using POP
Summary: Use the directions below to configure Eudora to check your UCI email using the POP protocol. Eudora is available via site license for UCI Faculty, Staff and Students at: http://licenses.nacs.uci.edu/detail2.cfm?ProductID=11 You will need to login to download the licensed version of Eudora.
We recommend that you download and use the latest version of Eudora. You will need at least version 6.2 to connect to the NACS MailBox Services accounts.
POP downloads your email to your local computer. By default, you will only be able to read your downloaded messages from that computer. If you need to access all your email from different computers, you may want to choose IMAP instead.
