Training Lab

Summary: A faculty/staff training lab is available in the Anteater Instruction & Research Building (AIRB). Priority is given to NACS and the Department of Undergraduate Education (DUE) events, but it is available for other faculty and staff training on campus.

Scheduling the Training Lab

How to Schedule
- Check the availability of the lab by checking the Current Schedule in the table below.
- Fill out the Lab Request Form. (Login Required)
  - This will send an email to the NACS Response Center with your request. If your request has been approved, you will receive notification by email.
Scheduling Requirements
- The event requires the use of computers.
- The event is to train faculty and staff.
- Reservations may only be made one quarter in advance.
Cost
- This lab is free of charge for faculty and staff training.
- We can install software on lab computers required for training if your license allows, please give us two weeks prior notice. We charge $60/hour for the labor involved required to install the software. We are unable to install unlicensed demonstration software in the lab.

Using the Lab

Location

The training lab is located in 1020 Anteater Instruction & Research Building - AIRB (#653) which is connected to the Anteater Parking Structure (APS).

Obtaining the Key

The key to the training lab is available at the TLTC reception desk in AIRB 3000, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please return the key when you are finished with your training event.
